Confirmed reservations require a valid credit card, cash deposit (first night) or the company may apply a Credit Facility with the hotel 5 days before the check in of the guest/s.

In the absence of either of the above, full prepayment will be required 48 hours prior to check in.

All non-guaranteed reservations will be released after 16:00 of the day of the scheduled arrival.

Thereafter, guest rooms are subject to availability.

Check in time is 15:00 Hrs. However in our continuing efforts to provide a pleasant stay, guests will be able to check-in as early as rooms are available.

Check-out time is 12:00 Hrs on the day of departure. Late check-out up to 18:00 Hrs. will be charged at 50% of the applicable contracted rate per room. For check-out after 18:00 Hrs, a contracted full night’s rate will be applied.

Both of the above check-in and check-out facilities are subject to availability on arrival and departure.
